1. Trial Period


We offer a 15–30 day trial period on all mattresses. During this period, if the product is found to be faulty, damaged, or defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


2. Size & Firmness Selection


Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct mattress size and firmness are selected at the time of purchase.

If, after delivery, you decide that the wrong size or firmness was ordered, or wish to return the item without a valid reason, an additional handling fee may apply. Exchange or collection in such cases may also require a waiting period based on our delivery schedule.


3. Payment Policy


We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. This payment method is offered to maintain trust and transparency with our customers.

Our company is fully registered in the United Kingdom, and we proudly deliver over 1,000 mattresses daily across England.

We are continuously expanding our services and will soon be covering Wales and Scotland as well.
